**GENERAL TERMS**

1. Meetings or parties of any kind are not allowed in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

2. This reservation is non-transferable.

3. In case of a no-show, the amount of one room night (including any applicable government tax) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised conditions of the reservation based on the offer.

4. The property reserves the right to expel guests from the property due to their behavior or for any other safety or medical reason. This applies in particular if Guests do not respect the instructions given by the Property's employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass, or endanger other guests.

5. Guests are not allowed to compromise the health, safety, and protection aspects of the Property at any time.

6. Guests are required to present an original identification document upon arrival at the Property.

7. Special offer conditions will apply to respective bookings, and in case of conflict, the conditions of such special offers will prevail.

8. In case of conflict in the actual invoice provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the invoice will prevail.

9. The Guest must maintain proper order and hygiene. The Guest must respect the safety and hygiene advice provided by the Property at all times and avoid infringing them. The Guest shall be solely responsible for any such infringement identified.

10. All Property assets and valuables must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property has the discretionary power to impose any charge in the future if it is clearly demonstrated that such damage/destruction of Property assets (both movable and immovable) has been carried out or caused by the Guest.

11. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerance to, but not limited to: a fabric, material, cleaning product, or particular food, it is the responsibility of the guest to inform the Property management before arrival.

12. You can store your valuables in a safe in your room, or the property can store them if requested. The Property is entitled to charge a fee for storing these items.

13. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the Property before storing them. The Property may refuse to store such valuable items.

14. The management and staff work hard to provide a safe environment. We do our best to maintain a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The Property is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

15. Lost items on the premises are recorded and stored in a secure location. Subsequently, items are either disposed of or donated to charities. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after checkout are only retained until the close of business for that day.

16. Claimed items may be collected at the property with valid identification or alternatively, the property can arrange shipping on behalf of the guest at their expense.

17. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any change, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this website. Please check the latest information posted here to be informed of any changes.

18. We make every effort to ensure that booking arrangements are satisfactory; however, the Property accepts no liability for any economic or other losses, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, thefts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, actions by the Government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents, or machinery or equipment failures or maintenance requirements, or industrial action.

19. Airport transportation is provided as an ancillary service, and the Property is not responsible for what may happen to guests during such transit.

**GENERAL PROVISIONS**

1. By proceeding with the reservation, you agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Property, your subsequent stay will be subject to the Property's Standard Terms and Conditions regarding your reservation/stay at the Property.

2. You also agree that the General Terms and Conditions listed on the website will constitute the binding agreement between you and the Property regarding each and every commercial agreement, including reservation, stay, payment, use of facilities, etc., of any nature.

3. The Property may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if it believes that the reservation information provided is false or incomplete.

4. The Guest voluntarily agrees to and permits representatives of the Property to compile a profile of the Guest from the public domain to know the Guest's data and provide suitable hospitality services during their stay at the Property.

5. The Property shall have the right to vary, modify, and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Property with respect to any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising from, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay at the Property.

7. The Property shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Property.

8. The Property accepts no responsibility for any failure to comply with these conditions by the Property where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. In the event that the establishment waives any of the rights it has under these conditions on one occasion, this does not automatically mean that it waives such rights on any other occasion.
